Vacancy: Bank Teller – Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 1400
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a bank teller
• Good knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience with cash handling duties is preferred
Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers courteously in person or over the phone
• Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and providing accurate information about banking products and services
• Helping customers open new accounts, process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc. • Processing customers’ applications for credit cards and other services offered by the bank • Keeping records of all customer transactions accurately • Balancing daily transactions to ensure accuracy • Assisting upper management with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred but not required • Cash handling experience is preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Ability to follow instructions accurately • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Knowledge of banking regulations
