Position Title: Office Clerk

Salary: 900 AED per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the organization. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, filing documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, and assisting with other office-related tasks. The Office Clerk will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an office setting
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
