Administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire organization. This includes managing and organizing office operations and procedures, coordinating with different departments and outside vendors, as well as providing general administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's office
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, staff and other stakeholders
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
• Compile reports on various topics as requested by management
• Coordinate meetings and events as needed
• Prepare presentations and other materials for meetings or events
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative assistance such as making travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • Proven experience in an administrative role • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of file management systems • Must be able to work full time in Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1100 AED/month
