Job Description:

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. This position is ideal for someone with minimal work experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the team. This will include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, taking notes, preparing memos, maintaining records, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, the Secretary will be expected to act as a liaison between the team and other departments within the company.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). A good command of English is essential. Foreign applicants are welcome to apply as well. The salary range for this position is 1700 AED per month.
