Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join our team in Sharjah. This position requires someone who has a commitment to fostering a learning environment that is both engaging and supportive for all students. The teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons to students in a variety of educational settings. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to collaborate with other teachers and staff. A salary of 1100 is offered for this role.

Job Duties:
In this role the teacher will be responsible for ensuring that students have access to quality instruction while providing support in the areas of academic progress, social behavior, attendance, and general classroom management. The teacher will teach lessons that are appropriate for the age group they are teaching as well as provide feedback on student performance. Additionally, the teacher will be responsible for designing lessons that engage students through creative activities; developing tests and assessments; evaluating student performance; communicating effectively with parents; attending faculty meetings; participating in professional development activities; maintaining accurate records of student progress; contributing to departmental initiatives; and adhering to school policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field as well as appropriate teaching certification or license from the relevant authorities. Previous experience teaching at the primary/secondary level is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator capable of building rapport quickly with both staff and students alike, possess strong organizational skills, demonstrate creative problem solving abilities, foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, and have knowledge of current trends in education such as technology integration into curriculum design. Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of Arabic language would be beneficial but not required.
