Job Summary
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective sales strategies in order to maximize company revenue. You will be expected to oversee all sales operations, including customer service, sales staff training, pricing strategies, and market analysis. With a salary of 1100 AED per month, we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
- Analyzing current market trends and identify potential areas of growth within the region
- Creating innovative strategies and campaigns to increase customer base
- Setting up goals for the sales team and ensuring targets are met on time
- Monitoring daily performance of the sales team and providing feedback/guidance as needed
- Overseeing the recruitment process of new sales representatives
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant rules/regulations/legislation related to sales activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field is preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers quickly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
