Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Librarian to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and cataloging the library’s collection of books and other materials. This position offers a salary of 1400 AED per month, and we are open to considering immigrants for the role.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Library Sciences or a related field. We also require strong communication skills as well as experience managing library databases and cataloging systems. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
Duties:
The primary responsibility of the Librarian is to curate the library’s collection of books and other materials. This includes selecting new items for purchase, maintaining accurate records on current stock levels and ordering new items when necessary. The Librarian will also be responsible for providing assistance to patrons with their research needs as well as helping them locate materials in the library’s catalog system. Additionally, the Librarian will be expected to plan activities such as book clubs or storytimes for children during school holidays or other events throughout the year.
