Salary: 1700 AED/Month
We are currently recruiting for the position of a Secretary to join our growing team in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to the company and its employees, ensuring that all duties are performed efficiently and accurately.
The primary responsibilities of the Secretary include providing general office support such as filing, photocopying, answering phone calls and taking messages, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies. The successful candidate should also be able to coordinate travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations and manage databases.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills as well as great organizational skills. They must also be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and must have an understanding of basic accounting principles. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are open to considering a non-native immigrant for this role.
