We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be proficient in English and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, such as scheduling appointments, attending meetings, taking notes, preparing documents, managing office supplies and other related tasks. Additionally, they should be able to manage the reception area and provide customer service when required.

The successful candidate must possess excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). They should also have a good understanding of database management systems.

We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position and offer a salary of 1300 AED per month.
