Merchandiser - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the retail industry and wants to make an impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product selection, pricing, and promotional activities of our stores in order to maximize sales and profit margins.

Responsibilities:
• Develop merchandise plans that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Analyze customer trends and buying patterns to identify opportunities to optimize product selection and pricing.
• Monitor performance of products and make decisions on how to manage inventory levels.
• Work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts, secure discounts, and manage promotional activities.
• Ensure that store displays are attractive and up-to-date.
• Create reports on store performance, sales trends, inventory levels, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for target audiences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Merchandiser in a retail setting.
• Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong negotiation skills when dealing with vendors/suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Salary: 1600 AED/monthly (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
