Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will have 1 year of experience in recruitment and be willing to accept a salary of 1800 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants as well.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or any related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role for at least 1 year.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
• Develop recruiting strategies to source qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, recruiting agencies, social media etc.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish; from creating job postings and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and making offers of employment.
• Develop relationships with potential candidates; maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Prepare necessary documents for interviews; collect reference information when needed.
• Follow up on the progress of hired candidates; provide feedback on their performance during the onboarding process.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events when needed.
