Position: Housekeeping Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing a housekeeping team in a hospitality setting, and must be willing to consider immigration to the area.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience managing a housekeeping team in a hospitality setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large team
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and protocols
• Ability to multitask and work independently while keeping up with tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining hotel cleaning standards for all areas of the property
• Supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring all staff adhere to safety protocols • Ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked in order to meet the needs of guests • Maintaining records of daily activities including cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, staff hours etc. • Liaising with other departments such as Maintenance, Front Desk, etc. as needed
