We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Clerk for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a good knowledge of office procedures.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role. They should be comfortable using computers and other technology, such as email and spreadsheets. They should also be able to multitask while ensuring accuracy and quality.
The daily responsibilities of the Office Clerk include performing administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing emails and correspondence, maintaining databases, inputting data into the system, and providing assistance to other staff members when needed. The successful candidate must also be detail-oriented in order to ensure accuracy in all tasks they complete.
