Office Administrator - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities and providing professional support to colleagues while also ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Job Description:
• Responsible for managing administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
• Ensure office supplies are well stocked and ready for use
• Manage meeting room bookings, document preparation and other office-related activities
• Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documents as needed
• Handle incoming mail and distribute accordingly
• Provide support to colleagues in various tasks related to their work
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Proactively seek areas of improvement in office operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in an international environment is a plus but not required
