We are looking for an experienced Business Manager in Doha to join our team and help us to grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing processes that ensure the efficient operation of our business. They will also provide leadership and support to staff, analyze market trends, initiate projects and provide guidance on business strategy.

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills as well as strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in business management is highly desirable but not essential. You must also possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly and accurately. Knowledge of the Doha market is an advantage but not required.

As Business Manager your primary responsibilities will include: leading strategic planning initiatives; overseeing operational processes; managing staff performance; analyzing competitor activity; monitoring customer feedback; creating marketing plans; developing budgets; and providing financial reports. You’ll need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being able to collaborate with other departments when needed. Additionally, you’ll need to stay up-to-date with industry developments by attending conferences, seminars or other events as appropriate.
