Sales Manager vacancy in Doha Qatar
Doha Company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, developing sales strategies, and driving sales growth within our organization.
The position requires a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record of success in sales management and is able to think strategically and analytically.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to ensure long-term growth
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals in order to achieve goals
• Monitor market trends, new products, competitor activity, and other relevant information
• Develop relationships with customers in order to maintain loyalty and increase business opportunities
• Analyze customer feedback and market data in order to evaluate current strategies
• Create reports on sales activities, performance metrics, pipeline status, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Outstanding communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
