We are looking for an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider team and helping with day-to-day operations of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
•Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
•Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
•Order office supplies and maintain inventory of existing supplies
•Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and other activities as requested
•Prepare documents for printing or other distribution as needed
•Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent qualification
•Minimal work experience is required
•Excellent verbal communication skills in English •Ability to multi-task efficiently •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) •Organizational skills with an eye for detail
