Job Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
Job Duties:
• Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, etc.
• Assisting the HR team with various administrative tasks such as filing documents, updating records etc.
• Greeting clients warmly when they arrive at the office and providing them with assistance as required.
• Handling all incoming mail & courier services efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the office premises at all times.
