Job Description: Merchandiser - 1600 AED

Requirements:
-At least 3 years’ experience in merchandising/retail industry.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Arabic (advantage).
-Expert understanding of retail principles and strategies.
-High level of computer literacy in MS Office applications.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product ranges throughout our stores, ensuring that all products are displayed properly, that stock levels are maintained, and that customer needs are met. The Merchandiser will also work closely with the sales team to identify any areas requiring attention and ensure that product promotions are adequately communicated across all channels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyzing current product trends & market conditions; developing strategies accordingly • Monitoring stock levels; reordering when necessary • Evaluating current display systems; suggesting changes as needed • Liaising with suppliers; negotiating prices & delivery times • Assisting customers with product selection & providing feedback on customer satisfaction • Developing promotional campaigns to increase sales & brand recognition
