Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesman to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sales techniques and be passionate about providing the highest quality customer service. The successful candidate will act as a point of contact between our customers and the company, handling inquiries, complaints, orders, sales quotes and payments. The Salesman will also be expected to suggest additional services to clients and promote products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
• Explain products or services to customers and provide information about product prices
• Provide advice about merchandise, suggest items that might interest customers
• Answer customers’ questions regarding products, prices, availability etc.
• Assist customers with placing orders or making returns
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate cash register according to established procedures
• Maintain the store shelves by restocking merchandise
• Receive payments from customers
• Record sales data for inventory control
• Assist with promotional activities such as display set-up, store window displays etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
• A high school degree is desired; previous experience in sales is an advantage
• Ability to interact effectively with customers using excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be detail oriented and accurate in handling money
We are offering a salary of 1600 AED per month for this position and are willing to consider immigrants who meet the criteria.
