Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team and assist in managing our retail stores in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are stocked with the right products, at the right time, and that we are making the most of our promotional opportunities. The position is full-time, offering a salary of AED 1600 per month.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role
• Understanding of retail trends and marketing techniques
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing trends and demands
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams
• Must be an immigrant or willing to consider immigration
• Must have valid work authorization documents if applicable
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that product displays are neat, organized and attractive according to established guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels of products on the shelves
• Maintain accurate records of sales, costs, etc.
• Assist customers with product selection when needed • Develop promotional strategies according to customer preferences • Create reports on competitive products and pricing trends • Monitor competitor activity in order to stay competitive
