We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team based in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the field, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
The primary responsibility of the Secretary will be to provide administrative support to the organization. This includes scheduling meetings, organizing paperwork, responding to phone calls and emails, maintaining calendars, and completing other administrative tasks requested by the team. The secretary must be reliable and have a strong attention to detail in order to maintain accuracy in their work.
The successful candidate must have a strong communicative ability in English as this is our primary working language. As well as being proficient with computers, they should also demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients and visitors. The successful applicant will also need to be flexible with their working hours as this position may require occasional overtime or weekend work when needed.
We offer a competitive salary of 1600 for this position and are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.
