Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team of professionals. This includes answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, preparing reports and documents, as well as communicating with clients on a daily basis. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as well as have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, this person must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The successful applicant should have at least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or similar role in an office environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required along with the ability to learn new programs quickly. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position and the salary offered is 1700 per month.
