Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are a growing business in Abu Dhabi and we are currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to all departments within the company. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing documents, filing paperwork, maintaining records, answering phones, ordering office supplies, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. They should have excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Knowledge of Quickbooks is highly desirable but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
The salary offered for this position is 1100 per month. We are open to considering foreign nationals for this role if they can demonstrate their ability to work in the UAE legally.
