Office manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager for our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations and activities such as organizing meetings, ensuring appropriate supplies are stocked, monitoring incoming correspondence, and providing support to the team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is a team-player and is able to work independently.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Support role. Experience in the UAE is desired but not necessary. Immigrants are welcome to apply.
The Office Manager will be expected to manage administrative tasks such as filing documents, responding to emails, ordering supplies, maintaining records, organizing meetings and events, monitoring inventory levels, and arranging travel plans. Additionally they should have strong problem solving skills and be able to take initiative when necessary. Strong organization skills are essential in order to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month with benefits that include health insurance and vacation days after the probation period has been completed.
