Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a hard-working, organized, and reliable Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least minimal work experience, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain office systems, including filing, data entry, preparing reports, etc.
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the office by carrying out various administrative tasks
• Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and ordered when required
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare documents and correspondence for various departments within the organization
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
• Manage the calendar of meetings and events for the office
• Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication internally as well as externally with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner if they meet the requirements.
