Office Administrator - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing meetings, conferences, and other events
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies as necessary
- Supervising staff including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers as needed
- Preparing reports, presentations, memos, letters, invoices, and other documents as needed
- Managing schedules and calendars for the team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role in a corporate setting
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as computers, printers/copiers, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Salary: 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
