Secretary job in Sharjah UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities to support our busy office.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This includes managing office correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records, organizing files, and performing other duties as assigned. You must be able to efficiently prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Secretary in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think independently while also following instructions carefully
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
Salary: 1400 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
