Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
Salary: AED 1200 per month
We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with no experience to start their career in an office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and performing general office duties.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Greet visitors and direct them to the right personnel
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain filing systems and records
• Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other events
• Type documents as needed
• Prepare reports and other documents as needed
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
