Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 and we are open to considering a foreigner for the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure that goods are merchandised appropriately in order to maximize sales opportunities
• Monitor stock levels and order fresh stock when necessary
• Develop unique displays and attractive product presentations
• Provide customers with assistance in locating merchandise and answering questions
• Ensure that merchandise is priced correctly and labelled correctly
• Analyze sales data to identify trends in customer preferences
• Assist with the planning of promotional activities and special events
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as conducting cycle counts
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Work closely with store management on additional projects as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of previous experience merchandising products preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, kneel, etc.
• Knowledgeable about trends in fashion apparel industry
