Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED/Month
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and its managers.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, filing documents, drafting letters and emails, managing databases, ordering office supplies etc.
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested by senior management
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Take minutes at meetings
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Ensure the office runs smoothly by liaising with suppliers and vendors
• Manage travel arrangements as required
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Secretary or relevant administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
