Office Manager Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, as well as providing administrative support to staff members and visitors. This position offers a salary of 1000 and is open to both foreign and local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise administrative staff members and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with IT personnel for all equipment repairs and upkeep
- Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Organize meetings, conferences, interviews, events, etc.
- Oversee office expenditures to ensure adherence to budget
- Maintain office files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with established policies and regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar position
- Knowledge of office management systems & procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English language (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
