Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with the hotel’s standards.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. They must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team. The Housekeeping Manager must also have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: managing guest check-ins/check-outs; organizing room allocations; training and supervising housekeeping staff; monitoring room cleanliness; ensuring supplies are ordered in time; conducting periodic inspections; liaising with other departments; addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues.
