Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the offices’ operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the offices’ operations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
• Provide general office management, including organizing files, operating office equipment, ordering supplies, etc.;
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
• Assist with office functions like scheduling meetings, taking minutes, etc.;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
