Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
• Manage phone calls, emails, appointments, bookings, etc.
• Create regular reports/updates as needed
• Ensure the availability of necessary office equipment/supplies
• Prepare documents for meetings or presentations
• Maintain filing systems and records management databases
• Ensure compliance with company policies/regulations
• Handle confidential information in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
• At least 2+ years of experience working as an office administrator or similar role
• Proven track record of successful organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (written & verbal) • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) • Knowledgeable about basic accounting principles is desired
