Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and is open to foreign candidates.

Job Description:
The Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees. The Supervisor will guide and direct the team to ensure the highest possible level of customer service and support, while meeting departmental objectives. The Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating staff performance, addressing disciplinary issues, and providing feedback to management regarding team performance.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role;
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
• Ability to lead by example;
• Ability to make quick decisions based on facts;
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management skills;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
