Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. We are offering a competitive salary of 1700 and are open to considering immigrant candidates.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a recruiting or human resources role. They must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates into appropriate roles. This includes finding suitable vacancies and matching candidates to them, using various recruitment methods such as referrals, job boards, social media sites, and other online resources. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of labor laws and industry trends to ensure that Al-Kuwait is compliant with applicable regulations.

In addition to recruitment duties, the Recruiter will also be responsible for onboarding new employees and ensuring they get oriented properly into the company culture and environment. They will also provide support with employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary.
