Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1100 and we are open to considering foreigners for the role.
We expect the candidate to demonstrate experience as a Secretary for at least one year. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and have strong attention to detail. The Secretary should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software as well as possess great interpersonal skills.
To fulfill this role successfully, the Secretary will need an ability to work independently with limited supervision while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to act professionally when interacting with customers and other personnel both in person and over the phone. Additionally, they should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills so that they can effectively deliver messages accurately and efficiently.
The candidate must also demonstrate good judgement within their duties such as maintaining confidentiality of privileged information when necessary. As a Secretary, they will be responsible for managing emails & calendar appointments, preparing reports & presentations, producing spreadsheets & documents, filing & archiving records & documents accurately among other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor.
