• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and sketches
• Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, and Arc)
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with safety protocols when working with welding tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
