Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping students to improve their knowledge across a wide range of subjects. This position involves designing and providing individual support to students, encouraging them to work on their own, helping them with difficult topics, as well as monitoring their progress. The Tutor will be expected to have a passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design personalized learning plans for each student based on their individual needs
- Provide instruction in all academic areas including reading, writing, math, science, history, etc.
- Identify weak areas of students’ understanding and develop strategies that would help them improve
- Organize group activities that would foster positive social interaction and critical thinking skills
- Assess student progress regularly through tests and examinations
- Maintain records of student progress
- Provide feedback to parents about the student’s performance
- Incorporate technology into the classroom experience when appropriate

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required
- At least 3 years of experience as a tutor is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential
- Ability to motivate students and keep them engaged
