Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, supporting the team and managing day-to-day operations of the office.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft office. The successful applicant will be expected to answer phone calls, take messages, greet visitors and handle correspondence. Additionally, they will maintain filing systems, process invoices and orders, prepare reports and other documents as required. The candidate should also have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in order to meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000 for this role as well as the opportunity for growth within our organization. We are open to considering applicants from outside of Abu-Dhabi who have the necessary documentation to work in this country.
