We are looking for a professional Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks of our company, including scheduling appointments, filing documents, and providing general support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as basic computer skills. A solid understanding of office procedures is also required. A minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential. We are also open to considering applicants who are looking for their first job or new immigrants to Abu-Dhabi. In addition, candidates should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and must be able to take initiative when needed.
