We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company, ensuring smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and have a proven track record of effectively managing multiple duties simultaneously. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with personnel at all levels is essential.
The Office Assistant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, taking notes in meetings and organizing office-related events. They will also be expected to perform basic office tasks such as copying documents, sending faxes and scanning documents.
We are seeking a candidate with minimal work experience who is computer literate in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel, as well as Google Suite products such as Google Docs and Sheets. We prefer a candidate who has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
