Job Title: Office Manager

Salary: 1700 AED/Month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing staff, supervising administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including staff supervision and task delegation
• Maintain and update office policies and procedures
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary
• Oversee administrative tasks such as filing documents, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain records of all purchases and expenses, ensuring accuracy of data entry into accounting systems
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the office
• Provide guidance to junior staff members when needed
Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred • At least 1 year experience working as an Office Manager or similar role • Excellent organizational skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Fluency in English is required
