We are looking for an organized, efficient Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire team, ensuring smooth operations in the office. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The main duties of the Office Clerk include filing paperwork, scheduling meetings and appointments, answering phone calls, managing emails, sorting incoming mail/packages, maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory, managing databases and records, performing basic bookkeeping tasks as needed and other administrative tasks as assigned by the management. The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service skills as they will often be dealing with customers and clients.
