Secretary job in Doha Qatar
Job Description
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
The Secretary will provide administrative support to the management team by performing general office duties, such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence. The candidate should be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters, as well as have the ability to prioritize tasks. This position requires knowledge of office procedures and computer skills (MS Office).
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing documents
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order from suppliers when necessary
• Draft letters, reports, memos and other documents
• Sort incoming mail and manage filing system
• Schedule appointments with clients or other departments
• Meet with visitors and answer telephone calls
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Secretary or similar role (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary: 1300 QAR per month. We are ready to consider applications from immigrants.
