Merchandiser – Zayed City
We are a rapidly growing company in Zayed City looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and executing merchandising initiatives. This includes the implementation of product displays, store layouts, and pricing strategies that will maximize sales and profits. We require excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing merchandise displays, store layouts, pricing strategies, and promotional strategies that maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices for merchandise.
• Analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify new products or services that can be added to our existing offerings.
• Working closely with buyers, sales staff, marketing staff, finance staff, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all merchandising initiatives are successful.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that they remain within acceptable levels at all times.
• Maintaining accurate records of all merchandise purchases and sales.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in merchandising or retail operations
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong problem-solving skills
