Office manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all of the daily operations in the office, such as scheduling meetings, ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies, and liaising with our external vendors. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least one year of experience working in an office setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of problem solving and decision making
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects at once
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn new software programs as needed

We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants, so if you have a valid work permit or visa please apply now. This position carries a salary of 1600 AED per month.
