We are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi! We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates across various channels. Additionally, they should possess prior experience in recruitment processes including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have at least two years of experience working as a recruiter or similar role in the same industry. They should also possess a degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field of study. Additionally, proficiency in English is essential with knowledge of other languages being advantageous.
As a Recruiter at our firm, your primary responsibilities will include managing recruitment lifecycles from end to end, tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for developing effective job postings on various platforms as well as managing relationships with hiring managers and external vendors for recruiting services when necessary.
