Office Administrator - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month and is open to immigrants.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization. This includes filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned. You will also assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, handling incoming calls, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role in a corporate setting. Excellent computer proficiency is essential for this role, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A strong background in customer service is preferred. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent organizational abilities.
